OpusX is seeking a skilled and creative Content Creator to join our marketing team as a direct report to the Marketing Manager. The Content Creator will play a critical role in designing, editing, and curating engaging content to support OpusX’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is an exceptional graphics designer with expertise in creating compelling visuals for various online platforms. They must have hands-on experience with funnel design, landing pages, web design, and strong skills in photo editing, video editing, creating reels, and TikToks.

Drawing inspiration from thought leaders like Grant Cardone, Alex Hormozi, Gary Vaynerchuk, and Russell Brunson, the content creator will play a pivotal role in establishing OpusX as a prominent name in the industry.

This role requires proficiency in crafting visual content that aligns with the brand’s style guide, working collaboratively with the marketing team, and meeting deadlines while achieving outstanding outcomes.

Responsibilities/ Daily/Weekly Cadence:

Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with our brand’s objectives and target audience.
Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.
Schedule and publish engaging posts, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to comments and inquiries promptly.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to optimize content reach and engagement.

Content Creation:
Create visually appealing and on-brand images, infographics, and graphics for social media posts and website content.
Edit videos, including trimming, adding captions, transitions, and effects, to produce high-quality visual content.
Source and curate user-generated content and other relevant industry content to supplement original content creation.
Edit and optimize content to meet platform-specific requirements and best practices.
Leverage AI tools and platforms to generate blog topics, assist in content creation, and optimize content for search engines.

Online Marketing:
Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and generate leads.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and creative content across various online marketing channels.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

Newsletter and Email Marketing:
Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions.
Segment email lists based on customer profiles and engagement levels to deliver targeted and personalized content.
Write compelling and SEO-friendly blog articles, website copy, and email newsletters to drive engagement and conversions.
Design visually appealing email templates, write compelling copy, and optimize email deliverability and open rates.
Monitor and analyze email performance metrics to optimize content and maximize open rates and click-through rates.

Brand Awareness and Engagement:
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and visibility across social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries and comments, and engage with the audience to foster a positive brand image.
Conduct keyword research, analyze website analytics, and optimize website content for search engines.
Implement social listening techniques to identify trends and opportunities for brand engagement.

Lead Generation:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns on social media platforms.
Create compelling calls-to-action and landing pages to convert social media traffic into leads.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum conversion.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:
-Proven experience of 3+ years in content creation, graphics design, and online marketing.
-Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
-Strong experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
-Hands-on experience with funnel design, landing pages, and web design.
-Expertise in photo editing, video editing, creating reels, and TikToks.
-Ability to create and implement a brand guide to ensure consistency.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
-Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding outcomes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
-Maintain a minimum of 95% on-time attendance during scheduled work hours, ensuring timely availability and active engagement.
-Achieve a 100% task completion rate for all assigned projects and responsibilities within specified deadlines, showcasing effective task management.
-Demonstrate active participation in the company’s culture and values by receiving commendable feedback from colleagues and stakeholders, indicating effective collaboration.
-Display a commitment to strategic outcomes and growth by attaining a minimum of 80% completion of set Key Results and Objectives within the designated OKR period.

Their proficiency in photo editing, video editing, creating reels, and TikToks allows them to produce compelling multimedia content that aligns with OpusX’s brand style guide. An A-player Content Creator is not only innovative and detail-oriented but also possesses the ability to collaborate with the marketing team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
