About You
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and optimising video content for social media platforms and YouTube. This role requires a keen eye for on-brand aesthetics, an understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to create strategic content that resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to develop promotional materials, collaborate on initiatives to boost brand awareness, increase membership, and drive event sales.
We’d also love if you have a love for you to support our team in project management – identifying tasks to be assigned to different team members, following all projects to make sure team members are meeting deadlines, managing calendars, implementing and designing project flows as well as other administrative tasks.
Requirements (intermediate to expert knowledge):

BONUS POINTS!! Familiarity/expertise with Metricool Social Media scheduling or ManyChat would be amazing; Familiarity/expertise with Adobe Products would be very helpful – Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
– Video Editing: Edit and produce engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
– Content Creation: Develop strategic and visually appealing content for Instagram and TikTok that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
– Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling posts on various social media platforms.
– Promotional Material: Assist the Marketing Director in creating promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and more.
– Brand Awareness: Collaborate on marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness, membership, and event sales.
– Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and engaging.
– Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure cohesive and strategic marketing efforts.
