Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Content Creator/Moderator and Manager to lead our content initiatives across digital platforms. This role involves creating compelling content, moderating community interactions, and managing our overall content strategy to engage and support our audience effectively. You’ll be at the forefront of shaping how we communicate our mission, share success stories, and provide valuable insights to immigrants.

Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the content strategy to ensure it aligns with our goals and resonates with our target audience.
Create high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels, website, and blog, including written articles, videos, and graphics.
Moderate online community interactions to foster a positive and supportive environment, responding to comments and messages, and managing any community issues.
Analyze content performance and engagement metrics to refine strategies and increase audience engagement.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas, campaigns, and strategies to enhance our brand presence and impact.
Stay informed on the latest trends in immigration, IT careers, and content creation to ensure our content is relevant and impactful.
Manage content schedules and deadlines, ensuring consistent and timely publication across all platforms.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in content creation, moderation, and management, ideally within a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to produce content that engages and informs.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Ability to moderate discussions and manage community interactions with tact and professionalism.
Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing strategies, and digital analytics.
Empathy for and understanding of the immigrant experience in Canada, with a passion for making a difference through content.
