Content Creator Outreach Specialist

Excellent written conversational English is a must. This position will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies to identify and collaborate with potential influencers and content creators mainly on TikTok based on criteria set by our brand. The candidate must have excellent follow-through and project management skills. They must be a creative thinker and have the ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with creators. It is required that the candidate have experience in social media, influencer marketing, and outreach. This is a long-term position with up to 40 hours of work needed a week. Ideally you would be available to work within EST time zone working hours.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research potential creators to work with
• Research specific metrics required of potential creators to work with
• Conduct outreach to creators to build relationships and secure collaborations
• Manage relationships with creators to ensure successful campaign execution
• Work closely with the Creative Team Leader and management team to ensure successful campaign delivery
• Provide regular updates on outreach progress and performance
• Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and best practices. Know what makes a piece of content good vs. bad.

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, project management, social media, or outreach
• MUST have experience working with ClickUp, we utilize this platform heavily in our influencer outreach process.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with creators
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of influencer marketing trends and best practices
• Strong organizational and time management skills
