Job Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our team, focusing on the development of engaging puzzle books and printable games. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about creating puzzles, such as Sudoku, crossword puzzles, word searches, “This or That” games, and more. The successful candidate will have a knack for developing compelling content that challenges and entertains a wide range of audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Puzzle Development: Create a variety of puzzles, including Sudoku, crossword puzzles, word searches, and other logic or word-based games. Ensure puzzles are engaging, challenging, and cater to different skill levels.
Content Creation: Generate content for “This or That” games and other interactive content that promotes user engagement and entertainment.

Quality Control: Ensure all content is accurate, error-free, and meets our publishing standards. This includes thorough proofreading and testing puzzles for solvability.
Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with trends in the puzzle and games industry to innovate and introduce new types of puzzles and games.

Audience Engagement: Understand the needs and interests of our audience to tailor content accordingly. Engage with users to gather feedback and suggestions for new content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to ensure puzzles are presented in an attractive and user-friendly manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new releases and engage with the puzzle community.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to publication, ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in creating puzzles, games, or similar content. A portfolio showcasing your work is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong language skills and an excellent grasp of logic and puzzle mechanics. Proficiency in puzzle design software or relevant tools is a plus.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and produce innovative puzzle concepts.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all published content.

Education: A degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Mathematics, Game Design) is preferred but not required.
