Content Creator – Social Media Agency for Real Estate Agents (Part-Time)

Social Realtr is a fast-growing social media agency that specializes in creating high-quality content for real estate agents and mortgage brokers. We are dedicated to helping our clients establish a strong online presence and engage their target audience effectively.
Job Description:
We are looking for a Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing content and crafting captions for our clients exclusively in the real estate and mortgage industry. Initially, this position is part-time during a probationary period where you will focus on designs only. As we grow, you will transition to full-time, taking on both caption and design responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
– Create visual content for social media posts (Canva)
– Craft engaging captions for social media posts (You can utilize AI writing tools where necessary. A content calendar with pre-existing topics will be provided)
– Collaborate with the team to develop and implement content strategies
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and social media best practices
– Assist in managing and scheduling content for clients (Automated platform)
Requirements:
– Proficiency in Canva
– Strong creativity and attention to detail.
– Excellent writing and communication skills.
– Knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary and Benefits:
Part-time (Probationary Period): $300 per month (designs only)
Full-time: $500 per month starting (both captions and designs)

Please note that we have a cap of 15 clients, but currently have less than 10. As we continue to expand, the workload and opportunities for our content creators will grow accordingly.
