Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling content that showcases our unique approach to real estate investment and engages our target audience across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create and curate engaging content, including reels, posts, articles, and graphics, highlighting our property acquisition solutions, strategies, and success stories.
-Manage our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and audience interaction.
-Produce at least 2 captivating reel per platform per day, showcasing our properties and investment strategies.
-Develop and publish at least a minimum of three informative and visually appealing videos on YouTube per week, offering insights into the real estate market and our investment methods.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
-Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and shareable content.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
