Position Overview:
The Content Creator/SMM will be responsible for researching, reviewing and turning content ideas into videos, images, and text captions which will be published in the social media pages. You must be able to determine customer needs and translate them into content ideas.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. As Content Creator/SMM, you will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content
2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day handling of all social media accounts adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
3. Monitoring social media metrics, and the increase in traffic due to new content
4. Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement and respond to comments on each of our accounts
5. Plan and deliver contents across different platforms using scheduling tools like Hootsute and ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools
6. Conduct research to learn more about the current trends, developments and contextualize the findings
7. Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and give recommendations for improvement
8. Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws
9. Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content

Qualifications:
1. Experience as a content creator in prior roles creating strong and engaging content
2. Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags and engagement strategies
3. With general knowledge of SEO Optimization and internet ranking for the contents
4. Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite
5. Ability to turn a concept into compelling content and develop right voice for each social media platform
6. Demonstrates excellence in writing, proofreading, and editing
7. Can work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy
8. Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
9. Excellent research, time management and communication skills
