Job Description

I am looking for a part-time Content Creator/Social Media Manager. You will be doing a variety of tasks,
almost all of which I will explain how to do step-by-step.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a plus.
Pay: TBD – this will depend on your level of skill and other people that apply for the job.
Responsibilities:
1. Content Development: Create compelling multimedia content, including videos, graphics, articles, and
more, to drive engagement and brand awareness using Canva.
– Ensure all content is consistent with our brand identity and values.
– Collaborate with team members to generate creative ideas and concepts for content.
2. Social Media Management:
– Develop and implement social media strategies that enhance our brand’s visibility and engage our
target audience.
– Manage and maintain our social media accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook,
Twitter, and LinkedIn.
– Monitor and respond to comments and messages across platforms in a timely and professional
manner.
3. Audience Engagement:
– Identify and engage with our target audience on social media through strategic interactions,
comments, and community engagement.
– Analyze engagement metrics and adjust strategies to maximize audience reach and engagement.
5. Trends and Insights:
– Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content
performance.
– Monitor and analyze social media data to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
6. Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Manager.
– Strong proficiency in creating engaging content across various media types.
– Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
– Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
– Strong writing and communication skills.
– Understanding of branding and brand consistency.
– Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics.
– Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

About Me:
I am a co-owner of a Holistic Child and Family Therapy Center dedicated to use trauma informed therapy
to help families navigate difficult emotions and relationships. This is my first time working with a Virtual
Assistant and am excited to find someone to work alongside me. I am seeking a talented and passionate
Content Creator/Social Media Manager to join our team and help us share our compelling story with the
world.
