I’m on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Online Content Creator to join my team. This role is for someone who breathes social media and has the creativity to conceptualize engaging post ideas that resonate with our audience.
If you have a knack for spotting trends and viral content, and you can communicate your ideas clearly and effectively in English, I want you on my team.
We have video editors so we do not need you to do the editing. What we need from you are the concepts/ideas that our editors will bring to life. If you have experience in conceptualizing short-form video content, especially REELS, continue reading.
Responsibilities:
– Conceptualize social media post ideas tailored to our brand’s voice and audience.
– Write compelling, error-free, and well-versed captions that match the content.
– Work with video editors to make sure the final reels are error-free and optimized for virality.
Qualifications:
– Demonstrated experience in social media content creation, with a portfolio or examples of previous work.
– Outstanding copywriting skills with sample works to prove competency.
– Up-to-date with current social media trends and able to identify potential viral content to enhance our brand’s online presence.
– Proficient in English with strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with the team.
– A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring all content is engaging and of high quality.
– Excellent teamwork skills, capable of working collaboratively with different departments to achieve cohesive social media strategies.
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week.
During the learning process, you are required to be on the NIGHT shift, but as you learn, you are expected to work with minimum supervision. This means you can shift to a flexible schedule once you no longer need to be coached regarding content.
Compensation is $4 per hour, with raises on the horizon if you do a great job.
How to apply:
This is your first test. If you actually read the job description, put “#7” in the title of your application then include a link to your portfolio that contains your previous work on social media captions, reels, and carousels. If you have written articles or blogs before, include them in your portfolio too.
I look forward to speaking with you soon.
