Job Description

MK&S Constructions Pty Ltd is a growing residential construction company based in North-Western Sydney, Australia. Due to our expansion, we’re looking for a full time employee skilled in Lead Generation, Content Creation, Graphic Design, Marketing and Sales. The successful applicant will complete day to day marketing tasks to help generate qualified leads and funnel them into and through our Sales Pipeline process.

You will work very closely with the owner, Steve Karas to identify untapped lead generation and marketing areas that will produce effective job leads and bring the company’s conversion rate up above 50%.

Your income and bonus rewards will be based on previous experience. There is also room to grow in the company and we want someone who wants to do everything they can to help grow the company. In return, your income will reflect this with room to increase with experience.

OVERALL POSITION GOAL: Take MK&S Constructions, within 12 months, to be fully booked out with work up to 18 months in advance and help accelerate our company’s growth to go from only working on one project at a time to working on up to 3 projects at one time simultaneously.

Sales & Marketing Tasks:
-Squarespace website management and graphic design
-Implementing effective Lead Generation strategies and cultivating strategic relationships with local key figures in order to generate a constant flow of work into the company
-Develop efficient lead generation strategies
-Creating Social Media and Marketing campaigns for our ideal target market
-Content creation for all company documentation and writing excellent, SEO-optimized newsletters and blog posts
-Implementing effective social media and google ad campaigns (Making sure we are highly rated on google)
-Clickup CRM management of email triage, and manage our sales pipeline
-Organising and updating your own calendar daily, to ensure you are keeping busy throughout the work day.

JOB SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
-Proficient with all Google apps
-Highly experienced with creating graphic content using either Canva or Adobe
-Have a keen eye for detail and great design
-Experience with Squarespace
-Highly skilled at using ClickUp CRM
-High Level of English – applicant must be confident and fluent in English to be able to call and communicate with clients and potential leads over the phone, organise meetings, handle incoming calls, etc.
-Strong organisational skills
-Details Oriented and strong communication skills
-Applicant must have a positive attitude and strong commitment towards the growth of the company and their own growth in the company also.
-Applicant must present ideas and systems to help grow the company
-Applicants must have good common sense and apply logic to everyday tasks

Execute the Sales & Marketing tasks which includes:
-Initially learning and completing the MK&S Marketing Training modules during the initial onboarding process.
-Create and manage a content calendar for all social media apps
-Present all marketing material for sign-off two weeks in advance
-Set the marketing schedule then publish all online marketing against the content calendar
-Update website as required
-Create ad strategies (Facebook, Google, Instagram)
-Create Client Marketing Design Booklets and Packs for distribution (Company Lookbook, WOW-pack and Presentation of Quote documents)
-Run as required, request for testimonial and case study with clients. Book in camera crew to film and interview clients in-line with company’s marketing and sales budget. -Get clients to review on Google
-Come up with new avenues for lead generation and new marketing strategies
-Be the point of Graphic Design for the company so all company documents share same branding theme across them

Most Important: Owning your area.
Ultimately we want someone who will come in and own the overall marketing strategies and sales of the company and implement effective strategies. The skills and requirements listed above are merely forming the foundations for the entire area of our Sales and Marketing. The goal is to increase both sales, and lead generation of the company. If you know how to hit the goals with a completely different strategy, we want someone who’ll take the reins and lead us there.

What we can offer you:

Flexible Daylight hours. We aren’t from the U.S. and so we don’t want you to be awake all night! Instead we’d prefer you to align your time zone with as much of the East Australian Time zone (AEST) as much as possible. Because there will be very specific metrics to be met, some of which are time critical to Australian Business hours, you need to be contactable within those hours.
You can have your birthday off and will be paid
Australian Public holidays paid days off.
Training and support for your growth
-After 24 months of service, the possibility of all expenses paid, trip to Australia to meet us. Depending on profitability, we may be able to include a family member or two. This would be an incentive to work as hard as you can to grow the company.
