JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Content Writer to take our brand to the next level. This position requires an individual who enjoys all aspects of marketing including creative planning of the social media posts for the month, article and blog creation and posting, creation of original graphics in PSD, creating email templates, ability to write engaging content as a native English speaker, and excellent Facebook Ad, Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn content creation and management skills. This individual should be highly organized, strategic and creative. We prefer a Full Time (40 hour week) team member who is seeking long term employment.

Duties:
-Create 2 – 4 blog posts per month (re-write home improvement articles).

-Create and deliver a monthly newsletter containing the first paragraph of each blog post with a read more link to the blog post.

-Create Email templates and manage email campaigns to Realtors.

-Perform web research to identify target Realtors and data entry to add to our CRM.

-Creating an engaging social media strategy also linking back to the blog post.

-Posting and sharing regularly on all social media accounts. These include: LinkedIn, -Instagram, Facebook, , Zillow and Pinterest.

-Join, participate and engage in realtor Facebook and pages.

-Creating graphic images for content postings.

-Responding to all comments and messages.

-Running paid, targeted ads.

-Communicating with the programmers any design changes required for the website or CRM.

-Improve engagement and interactions throughout all web properties.

Requirements:
-Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms.

-Graphic Design Experience creating unique graphics in Photoshop and Canva.

-Content Creation experience writing branded content like a native English speaker.

-Facebook Ad Creation, Budget and Management experience.

-Experience with MS Office (Word, Publisher, Excel).

-Experience with WYSIWYG Editor.

-Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills.

-Excellent time management skills.

-Excellent organizational skills.

-Ability to write interesting video scripts and create storyboards.

-Video editing experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Your home office requirements:
-Primary computer (at least Core i5 processor)

-Backup computer (at least Core i3 processor)

-Primary internet service with at least 10 mbps speed

-Backup internet service with at least 5 mbps speed

-Remote location (internet hub, library, cafe) in case of power/internet outage.

About Us:
Our family owns several small businesses in Indianapolis Indiana USA. Although there will be tasks assigned for the other companies, AllCheck Inspections is the primary focus. We desire to dramatically increase our website content and social media presence. We are currently developing our own scheduling and marketing software by modifying an open source (vTiger) software. Upon completion of this project, we will be marketing our software to Home Inspectors throughout the United States and Canada. Our offering will include the option to provide complete digital marketing services. If successful, we will be narrowing the scope of this position and rapidly adding additional team members. Compensation and Work Schedule:
– Wage/Salary is negotiable based on experience and ability.

– Pay semimonthly through Transferwise.

– Pay increases based on performance.

– Bonus plan to be developed based on goals.

-13th month pay (1st year prorated).

– You set your work hours – You are not required to work US hours. Let us know what hours you would like for your work hours to be. We will have a weekly call at a set time.
