Content Delivery Agent

We are a real estate media company that helps real estate agents sell homes by providing them with the listing media for properties (photo, drone photos, videos, floor plans, 3d tours). We also help real estate agents by creating and managing YouTube channels for them by editing videos and posting them to YouTube. We are looking for a Content Delivery Manager to help us deliver media to our clients and provide quality control to make sure the media we’re delivering is high quality.
Responsibilities:

Create YouTube Video Thumbnails: 15?sign two captivating video thumbnails per video for A/B testing.

Schedule YouTube Videos: 30%

Schedule edited videos on YouTube, including both long-form videos and shorts.
Develop video chapters for improved navigation.
Incorporate relevant hashtags for better discoverability.
Craft SEO driven titles and comprehensive descriptions using ChatGPT.
Organize videos into playlists to optimize channel layout.
Optimize past videos on channel for more views.

Deliver Real Estate Listing Media: 45%

Conduct quality assessments for real estate listing media components: photos, videos, drone photos, floor plans, 3D tours.
Perform minor edits on photos and videos (Canva can be used).
Make necessary adjustments to floor plans and 3D tours using provided software.
Ensure all delivered media aligns with quality standards.

Collaborate with Team Members: 10%

Collaborate with editors and team members to address issues with YouTube videos and real estate media.
Contribute to problem-solving and solution implementation.
Skills:
Being good at making interesting pictures and designs is helpful.
You need to be comfortable with computers and able to learn new tools.
Your internet speed must be good in order to upload photos and videos.
Must have good English skills to be able to understand video content, notes, and be able to write video descriptions and titles.
Writing words that catch people’s attention is a skill you should have.
Working well with others and following instructions is important.
Noticing small details and fixing mistakes is something you should be good at.
Being friendly and contributing your ideas for company improvement
Solving problems and finding solutions is a useful ability.
You should be able to manage your time well and finish tasks on time.
You should enjoy making things look great.
YouTube experience is a plus.
Understanding of Youtube SEO fundamentals is a plus.
Pay and Work Hours:

Hours: 40 hours a week – Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Times: either 6am – 2pm Eastern or 3am – 11am Eastern
Pay will be $600-$850 depending on experience.
All American holidays receive paid time off
