We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our client’s team and drive their agency’s growth and success in the global Bitcoin market.
Position Overview:
The Content & Digital Marketing Director will play a strategic role in shaping our clients marketing strategy and executing digital campaigns tailored to the cryptocurrency market. With expertise in creative direction, digital campaign development, influencer marketing, and Facebook advertising, the ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness for our client’s cryptocurrency products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of the cryptocurrency industry and make a significant impact on the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the cryptocurrency market, with a focus on driving engagement, acquisition, and retention of users.
-Provide creative direction for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and objectives, and overseeing the production of high-quality content and assets.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, design, and content creation, to develop compelling digital campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
-Lead PR and influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and engaging with key influencers and thought leaders in the cryptocurrency community to amplify our brand and reach new audiences.
-Plan and execute Facebook ads campaigns, leveraging audience targeting, retargeting methods, and ad creative optimization to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
-Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities in the cryptocurrency space, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on content marketing, digital campaign development, and —-Facebook advertising.
-Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for cryptocurrency products or related industries.
-Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including trends, regulations, and user behaviors, and a passion for blockchain technology and digital currencies.
-Experience with influencer marketing, PR campaigns, and collaboration with influencers and thought leaders in the cryptocurrency community.
-Proficiency in Facebook ads manager and other digital advertising platforms, with the ability to create and optimize campaigns to achieve business objectives.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
