Job Description

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO:

• Perform content reviews by monitoring the content and summaries curated by the company’s email newsletter for our end customers, ensuring the customer’s brand voice is accurately captured and the content aligns with the customer’s objectives.
• Edit and enhance content when necessary, modifying our AI-generated content summaries to better fit the customer’s brand voice and selecting alternative articles if the AI-chosen articles are not the best fit.
• Draft compelling subject lines for newsletters, review the overall content curation, and ensure the draft aligns with the customer’s brand voice and objectives.
• Ensure that draft newsletters are sent to and approved by the end customer, and will be able to make necessary edits as requested by the customer.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• 3+ years of experience as a copywriter or content editor.
• Excellent written communication skills, including writing, editing, review of content (a perfectionist when it comes to spelling and grammar).
• Strong understanding of different brand voices and the ability to adjust writing style accordingly.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Advanced time-management skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of email marketing platforms and practices (not required but preferred).

• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8GB RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

SALARY RANGE:
• P80,000 to P110,000 monthly

HOURS:
• 9 am – 5 pm Central Time (US) // 10PM to 6AM Philippine Time
