We’re looking for a rockstar video editor!

This could either be for a short form editor OR long form editor position. We are hiring both roles that are each full time separate roles.

AGREEMENT TERMS
Time 8 am – 5 pm CST Monday to Friday.
Because this is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, we prefer that you work only with us and not with multiple clients.
This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.
(Time off requested through our company’s OOO Form)

COMPENSATION
This position is a mix of salary and bonuses.

Base Pay: $1,250 per month
$625 paid out on the 1st and 15th of the month
Bonuses paid out on the 1st of the month

Bonus Opportunities:
$250 bonus if you aren’t late on delivering work all month
$50 per video that gets above 5k views within first 30 days of posting (for long form editor)
$50 per video that gets above 10k views (for short form editor)

Expected OTE: $1,700 per month

Opportunity for pay increases as skills increase.

ROLE

We are looking for a full-time Short Form or Long Form editor to help us grow our brand on social media platforms like Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and Twitter. We also run ads on Youtube and Meta and would want those ads edited.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Editing Youtube videos (long form editor only)
Editing VSLs + pre call videos (long form editor only)
Editing short form content (short form editor only)
Editing Ads (short form editor only)
General Administrative Tasks
Attend meetings with the marketing team
Keep your Monday board updated
Complete your end of day reports daily
Brainstorm content ideas
Participate in the Monthly General Assembly (Town Hall)

AVAILABILITY
You must have the ability to work 40 hours per week.
You must be able to work 8 am – 5 pm CST Monday to Friday.
