This position is a full time, 40 hours/week paid position, and will be responsible for creating, managing and coordinating the marketing tasks for Real Estate business in Southern California. The ideal candidate should be very organized, be able to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and can prioritize tasks as they come in. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in graphic and video design using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva or any other comparable softwares. The candidate would be someone who is creative and able to help facilitate discussion around generating and executing social media content on all social media platforms. This position will contribute to the development of creative social media strategy including content development to enhance and advance the brand and lead generation. They will build upon existing learnings and models provided and further them with their own expertise.

– Has a passion for marketing and a desire to increase the productivity, reach, and conversion of our marketing reach.
– Is a team player who can react positively to changing priorities in support of broader team objectives.
– Will work closely with Stakeholders to strategize and publish quality content that resonates with our audience and helps them achieve their goals
– Will help manage social media accounts across a number of platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
– Will coordinate events for our community (both online and offline events)
– Has experience in producing online content, including but not limited to editing and creating short videos based on templates provided.
– Will be expected to analyze, manage, and grow our online presence and lead conversion.
Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
Monitor social channels and respond to feedback, questions, and concerns
Desirable Knowledge and Skills:
– College graduate
– Must be familiar with Facebook Ad Manager to advertise published content and be – knowledgeable about how to post on respective platforms.
– Knowledge of Real Estate is preferred, but not necessary.
– Preferred proficient experience in Adobe Suite OR proficient experience in Canva or comparable products is acceptable
– Able to work full time
– Time sensitive material must be completed during local time (Pacific Standard Time; UTC: +8 hours)
– Minute tasks may be completed at your discretion and time but be finished by given deadline
Benefits:
– Holidays: The Company observes the following paid holidays: 1) New Year’s Day, 2) Memorial Day; 3) Independence Day; 4) Labor Day; 5) Thanksgiving Day; 6) Day after Thanksgiving; 7) Christmas Day. When a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, it normally will be observed on the preceding Friday or the following Monday, respectively. The Company’s holiday observance schedule will be announced in advance. The company will observe ½ days on the following days 1) New Years Eve; 2) Christmas Eve.
– Paid Time Off: will be received upon completion of probationary period and further discussion of employment contract
– Sick Leave: will be entitled to a total of 24 hours of paid sick leave per calendar year
