We are looking for a creative Content Ideas Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will generate engaging content ideas and re-editing existing Instagram content to optimize retention on various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should understand video hooks, captions, thumbnails, and other elements crucial for maximizing engagement and virality. The client is: /notkatiele/ or @notkatiele. She has built an organic following but her branding is her content isn’t well-organized. We would like someone to help her come up with a more upscale, clean page like // or @. The end goal should make her feel socials feel more tasteful and not random.
Responsibilities:
Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas aligned with the fitness influencer’s brand and audience preferences.
Re-edit existing Instagram content to ensure it resonates across social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Facebook).
Stay updated on current trends and viral content in the fitness and social media industry.
Collaborate closely with the influencer and our content team to execute content strategies effectively.
Manage social media accounts with our head of marketing team
Quality management and content organization
Scheduled feed and story posting
Requirements:
MUST CLOCK IN AND OUT OF HUBSTAFF *YOUR PAY WILL BE DETERMINED BY THOSE HOURS
Bi-weekly payment every 1st and 15th of the month
You will be given soft week in which you will be compensated $100 before working full-time.
Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
Strong understanding of content optimization techniques to enhance audience retention and virality.
You must have a good stable internet connection over 50 Mbps which we will investigate.
