We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with exceptional writing skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of writing for client blogs and websites, as well as experience in content management and planning. Key Responsibilities:
Content Management and Planning: Oversee our content calendar, ensuring timely and accurate publication of articles, blog posts, and other content on our website.
Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for our blogs, websites, and other digital platforms.
Content Publishing: Publish and manage content through WordPress, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Visual Content Creation: Use Canva to create visually appealing worksheets, ebooks, and other digital assets that complement our written content.
Proofreading and Editing: Review and edit content for grammar, style, and clarity, maintaining a high standard of quality.
Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies that align with our brand and goals.
We understand that most writers are using AI and you probably are too. Please note, if you do not know how to write, and if you do not know how to write great content and depend on AI to write for you, please DO NOT APPLY. We are looking for a SKILLED writer with experience writing and developing great content.

SALARY AND HOURS
-Full-time
-Pay: Up to $700/USD per month
QUALIFICATIONS
– 2 (two) years of remote work experience
– 2 (two) years of agency or writing experience
-Bachelor’s or higher.
-Fluent spoken and written English. Error-free grammar.
-Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
-Superior attention to detail, self-motivated, resourceful, and a creative problem solver.
-Ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment.
-Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
-Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with the project manager
-Ability to use Google Docs
