WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
**Develop content strategy and editorial calendar, aligned with short-term and long-term business goals
**Generate and execute on content ideas
**Plan and lead team meetings and working sessions, create agendas, capture minutes, assignments and deadlines.
**Collaborate with marketing and design teams on all types of creative content, including website and blog copy, social media, newsletter content, landing pages, webinar slides
**Manage writers, graphic designers and video editors
**Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
**Be able to write basic content for web, social media and newsletters
**Manage testimonial collection process
**Use AI to create new content for distribution
**Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users’ engagement metrics
**Create and manage content database, so all written, graphic and video content is easily accessible
**Organize GoogleDrive, Dropbox and other content storage platforms
**Build out content creation projects in Asana (milestones, tasks and subtasks), including all steps from conception to completion.
**Consistently update and monitor all projects on a daily basis, and communicate updates in Asana.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
**Proven work experience as a Content Manager or a similar role
**Experience with WordPress and other content publishing platforms
**Experience with social media, especially Instagram and Facebook
**Excellent writing skills in English
**Attention to detail
**Good organizational and time-management skills
**Degree or certification in journalism, marketing, project management or relevant field
TECH REQUIREMENTS
**Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
**Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
