We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Manager to join TaxHero. As a Content Manager, you will develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall business objectives. You will begin by creating website blogs and gradually move towards developing more interactive and engaging forms of content.
You will report directly to the Digital Marketing Director and CEO—essential qualifications: Great Communication Skills, Digital Content Strategy, and Ability to Learn.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy Development
2. Website Content Production – Produce, curate, and edit content for the website, like blogs and landing pages.
3. Multimedia Content Creation and Production – Development and implementation of rich, dynamic, and interactive content that integrates various forms of media. This includes but is not limited to videos, podcasts, infographics, animations, and interactive presentations.
4. Project Management – Lead end-to-end project management for various content campaigns.
5. Team Management – Recruit, train, and manage the content team.
6. Content Production – Oversee and work on the end-to-end content production process, from ideation and creation to distribution.
7. SEO Optimization – Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and discoverability of content.
Performance Analysis – Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement, conversion, and overall success.
8. Continuous Learning – Stay informed about emerging content marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Skills and Qualifications
– Proven experience in website content production.
– Strong writing and editing skills.
– Substantial experience in the digital marketing field, especially in Content, SEO, and B2B Marketing.
– Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
– Creative thinking and the ability to bring ideas to life through engaging content.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Familiarity with the use of producing written content like WordPress, Grammarly, Yoast, etc.
– Preferred proficiency in various content creation and multimedia editing tools like WordPress, Canva, Filmora, Adobe Creative Suites, etc.
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
Arrangement
• Full-remote work setup
• Must have own computer and stable internet connection
• Work Schedule: Tue to Sat, 4am-1pm PH time
Compensation and Benefits
• 20 PTO credits usable after 30 days of employment
• Additional 5 PTO credits after a year of employment
• 13th-month pay
