You must be really good at designing graphics that stand out and stop the scroll, getting people to stop and read our clients’ ads. You need to be able to use a client’s sales page, opt-in page, brand guide and their photos to design Facebook ads graphics that make an impact.

As an online boutique business that specializes in Facebook ads management, funnel fixing and business strategy, we help established successful online course creators and coaches grow their business so they can make more money, have a bigger impact, and create more freedom for themselves and their family.
And you’ll be playing an integral role in this.

Your position is ultra crucial for the business’s growth because the business needs great graphics to make our ads even more effective so satisfied clients get more leads and sales.

Also we need you to be a solid social media and content wizard who will be responsible for serving as the point-person for all social media and content-related tasks, including the strategy, creation, and deployment of everything that goes out on our social media.

This is a fully remote, full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. Pay is $800 to $1,100/month depending on experience.
Working hours are USA MST time zone: 6:00am – 2:00pm MST.

Important – this is NOT an entry level position. We are looking for someone with experience working with established businesses.

You will have PTO for all national and special Philippine holidays.
In addition, once you successfully complete your four-month probationary period,
• in addition to your normal pay, you will receive a performance bonus every third month (every quarter) of up to 50% of one-month’s pay.
• as long as you can satisfy your responsibilities and maintain ads performance you will have unlimited paid time off.

There will be a four-month trial period on an escalating pay scale meaning you will start at $600 – $900/month (depending on experience), and receive an additional $50/month pay increase and be able to receive full pay once you successfully complete your probationary period.

You will work with the video editor, executive assistant and the CEO. Do you love to collaborate and work well with other team members while serving as the key to getting results for clients and growing the business’s social media presence?

If so please read through the entire job announcement before applying.

Job Responsibilities:
