What You’ll Do:

– You will help develop, create, organize and edit the content for our website and our clients in the MSP space.
– Writing, editing and publishing SEO content pieces
– Researching and sourcing content for the company’s website and our clients’ websites
– Targeting a specific set of keywords for all the articles written and published
– Monitoring the competition’s online activities
– Updating content to ensure that it’s current
– Managing and organize content
– Managing a content team consisting of writers and graphic designers.
– Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
– Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
– Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
– Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
– Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.

Your Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience of writing enterprise marketing content. Having worked in an administrative position is a plus.
– A degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications related fields, or equivalent work experience.
– Very well-organized and obsessed to keep everything in order.
– Good handle of AI technology and a desire to learn about the latest developments.
– Demonstrated research ability to quickly comprehend a diversity of industry topics and new tech concepts to become a Subject Matter Expert.
– The motivation and capability to find interesting angles in creating content that appeals to specific audiences and personas in various formats.
– Understanding of how copy impacts conversion across various channels within the analytics funnel and using that data to make better copy-related decisions in the future.
– Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a super fast-paced, rapidly changing and collaborative data-oriented work environment. Past start-up experience is a plus.
– Strong portfolio showcasing your work.
– Professional English level.
