Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Content Manager to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy, ensuring a seamless blend across various platforms. From crafting engaging email newsletters and social media content to guiding the creation of compelling reels, blogs, and YouTube videos, the Content Manager will be the driving force behind our digital presence. We use Follow Up Boss and Active Pipe as our CRM and email tool.
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across all media.
Collaborate with agents on the team to identify content opportunities.
Email Newsletters:
Create visually appealing and informative email newsletters to engage and nurture our audience.
The tools we use are Follow Up Boss and Active Pipe.
Social Media Management:
Craft compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities.
Reel Topics Coordination:
Generate a list of captivating topics for short-form video content (reels) to showcase our properties and expertise.
Collaborate with the creative team to bring these topics to life through visually appealing and engaging reels.
YouTube Content:
Assist in the development of long-form YouTube content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and SEO best practices.
Optimize video content for YouTube algorithms and audience engagement.
Blogs:
There will be a lot of crossover with the newsletters and social media content which will live in the Blog portion of our website.
SEO Optimization:
Implement and oversee SEO strategies to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
Stay abreast of SEO trends and algorithm changes to adapt content accordingly.
Google Profile:
Make sure our Google Profile continues to be optimized.
Content Integration:
Ensure a cohesive and seamless integration of content across various platforms for a unified brand experience.
Maintain consistency in messaging and visual identity.
R & D:
Rip off & duplicate. We don’t need geniuses. Follow other IG accounts. Generate ideas from them and bring those ideas to the table. Use AI to generate fresh scripts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
Exceptional writing and editing skills.
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Experience with video content creation and editing is a big plus.
Creative mindset with an eye for design aesthetics.
