– Are you able to tell stories that move people into action (eg. opt into newsletters, click here, book calls, buy services, etc) not just with words, but can conceptualize graphics and videos as well?

– Are you someone who works collaboratively, is able to give and receive direction easily, uses our project management tool, and hits deadlines 100% of the time without any excuses?

The role:
– This role is responsible for conceptualizing and creating content for our marketing channels as well as for our paid programs.
– You will be responsible for all copywriting company wide and will work collaboratively and closely with our graphic designer and video editor giving them direction and taking in their input. (Please let us know if you also have graphic design and video editing skills. This is not necessary but good to know.)
– You will be in charge of developing and implementing an effective, coherent, consistent, and on brand content marketing strategy for each of our social media platforms, our newsletter, and the company as a whole.
– You will also be responsible for developing new teaching material for our paid programs. You will work closely with the CEO/Founder on this to develop ideas, pull out her IP, and organize it into programs.
– You will work closely with the Founder/CEO to understand the Brand, her voice, and the deliverables, as well as to ideate. She has strong opinions and has high expectations. Initially, you’ll be given lots of feedback and support but will be expected to rapidly integrate the feedback and be able to work independently.
– You must have significant experience in Active Campaign, please give specific examples in your cover letter/application
– You must be able to ask questions and pull concepts and ideas out of the CEO and connect them to our ideal client’s needs and the stories that need to be told.
– You must be able to review existing content and select segments to be pulled and converted into new marketing or paid programs. Existing content includes past event video content, past and current zoom recordings, past newsletters or teaching material Requires the ability to understand our marketing goals, what would be powerful snippets to use on different platforms (various social media platforms, newsletter, etc), and how to present our material in the most engaging and on brand way.
– You must be available for meetings with our CEO and Team during CST hours. We currently have a Team Huddle M-Th at 3 pm ET and weekly Team meetings. There will be other meetings that you must be available for as well.
– Impeccable, near native, English skills – both speaking and writing.
– Impeccable project management skills. You will be responsible for managing your own projects as well as working with our Project Manager and other Team members on company-wide initiatives.
– This position requires someone who is a marketer first, and a creative second. You consider yourself a self-starter or intrapreneur who takes ownership of their work and is determined to deliver results.
– Success will be based on:
– Your ability to work with the CEO/Founder’s communication and work style.
– Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
– Your ability to work quickly, meeting all deadlines, while producing a high quality work product.
– The CEO/Founder’s confidence that the material is on brand and represents her and the company accurately.
– A significant increase in our key metrics: our ideal client booking sales calls and becoming clients.
– In summary, the role consists of:
– Content marketing strategy for all social media platforms (FB, Insta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and newsletter
– Copywriting company wide
– Product creation
– This is a 20 hour per week position initially, that will grow to full time as your level of competency increases.
