As a Content Marketing Assistant, you’ll implement email and social media campaigns, while supporting content creation and organization.

Responsibilities:
Email Newsletter Management on Active Campaign
– Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and funnels that drive brand awareness, education, engagement, and lead maintenance.
– Schedule and coordinate email newsletter sends, ensuring timely delivery during optimal send windows to the correct audience segments.
– Take raw data or content, and turn it into full sentences or paragraphs to be included in email campaigns.
Social Media Support via Buffer
– Contribute to social media strategy by taking raw data, photos, and commentary to turn into social media posts that match given brand’s tone, voice, and style (a guide will be provided)
– Input social content into Buffer, a social scheduling platform, in draft batches that are ready-to-schedule.
– Support brands under our Company, by adapting content that has already been created into a different voice, brand, and style.
General Content Support and Organization in Google Drive
– Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on various tasks, such as content calendar creation and management or idea generation.
– Assist in maintaining and organizing content assets, including images, videos, and written content, ensuring they’re easy to access by individuals who need to implement them.
– Assist in the maintenance of file structure that holds content, periodically reviewing all files to ensure necessary data, and information that has changed gets updated.
– Write up standard operating procedures or file readme that document how to implement or access content that is created
Submit and work through requests sent to our Graphic Design service to ensure timely creation and delivery of marketing materials.
Fund Enablement Content
– Assist our Head of Fund Enablement in ensuring partners have all the necessary promotional materials and content they need to get started
– Help refresh materials for partners every 3-6 months, confirming their usage of said materials
Qualifications:
Proven experience in content management or a related role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to create and maintain processes
Tech-savvy
Familiarity with ActiveCampaign (email platform) and Buffer (social media) preferred, but not required. Willingness to learn the platforms.
