Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience as both a player and coach, capable of generating a variety of content types, managing social media accounts, and leading a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, excellent content writing skills, and the ability to create visually engaging graphic designs and videos.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Management:

Develop and produce long-form and short-form content, including blog posts, customer stories, and case studies.
Write SEO-optimized content to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic.
Manage and create content for social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
Rewriting and updating FAQs to improve clarity and usefulness.

2. Social Media Management:

Oversee social media accounts for a software-focused business, creating and executing a content calendar.

3. SEO Strategy:

Implement SEO best practices across all content to improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research and analyze performance metrics to inform content strategy.

4. Graphic Design and Video Editing:

Create visually compelling graphics and videos, utilizing various software tools.
Ensure all multimedia content is on-brand and enhances the overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to generate engaging long-form and short-form content.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in writing SEO-optimized content.
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing, regardless of the specific software tools used.
Exceptional content writing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair.
Experience in managing social media accounts for software-focused businesses.
