Hi, I’m Anthony, a career satisfaction coach. I help people create satisfying careers that they are excited to wake up for. This year, my goal is to implement a robust content marketing strategy to reach more people and get them to join my membership program.

I am looking for a smart, creative, and action-oriented Content Marketing Manager to join me in achieving this goal. In short, I am looking for someone who can help me communicate my message so that my teaching can reach thousands of people.
Your primary responsibilities will begin with:
– Working with me to deeply understand my process, viewpoints, and voice so you can accurately replicate them.
– Collaborating with our Operations Officer, graphic designer, and video editor to plan, design, and implement our content marketing strategy.
– Producing and scheduling emails for our email list.
– Writing short video scripts.
– Writing and scheduling social media posts.
– Adapting and repurposing source content through multiple channels.
– Going through our backlog of content ideas and incorporating them into our overall strategy.
Over time, the job will grow and evolve as you take greater ownership of the implementation of our content strategies.
You are a great fit for this role if…
– You have highly advanced English skills and are fluent in American idioms and colloquialisms (both written and spoken).
– You are an excellent writer who can adapt style from source materials.
– You are interested in helping people find greater satisfaction in their careers and lives.
– You are thoughtful and attentive to detail, while also driven by getting things done on a timeline.
– You have strong project management and communication skills and can coordinate with other team members who may be working on other components of the same project (i.e., copywriter, graphic designer, etc.) asynchronously via ClickUp and Slack.
– You are proficient and comfortable in content management and scheduling platforms (i.e., Publer, Hubspot, etc.).
– You have experience using email service providers (i.e. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi, etc.)
– You are looking for LONG-TERM work and are excited about learning and growing as the company evolves.
– You can start immediately.
Bonus points if:
– You have experience with managing Meta ads.
– You have skills in content production and image/video editing tools (i.e., Descript, CapCut, Opus, Canva, etc.).
– You have experience with email segmentation, automation, and setting up campaigns.
