They must be able to deliver copy ready for publishing on or before the deadline, possess a keen eye for detail, grammar, and language, and be able to balance multiple projects and changing priorities with minimal supervision.
The Content Marketing Specialist must work closely with internal and external content producers to ensure that all content projects align with the company’s digital marketing and SEO goals. They should collaborate with the global Content, Creative, and Communications teams to execute projects and bring new ideas to the table. The candidate should proactively solve challenges, suggest process improvements, and have a growth mindset in a deadline-oriented, fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience writing in the B2B space, preferably in highly regulated industries such as government, healthcare, or financial services. They must be able to take on high-level content assignments, including copywriting for lead generation/conversion landing pages, content writing for SEO-driven website pages/pillar pages, script writing for videos and podcasts, and copywriting for social media and graphics-heavy content.
The Content Marketing Specialist should be committed to internal and external customer service, open to constructive feedback, and determined to meet company expectations for copywriting projects. They must also be willing to experiment with new mediums, channels, and projects.
