Content Marketing Strategist

We are looking to hire a driven content strategist to develop and execute content strategies that drive traffic and generate leads. The content strategist’s responsibilities include determining which formats best communicate various types of content, identifying ways to increase brand awareness, and conducting keyword research. You should also be able to analyze user engagement metrics to determine whether the content is well-received or not.

To be successful as a content strategist, you should be able to collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative ideas. Ultimately, an outstanding content strategist should demonstrate exceptional content presentation skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities :

Own and manage all aspects of our inbound lead generation strategy including content marketing, website/SEO and our inbound funnel

Leverage AI tools, online resources, internal documentation and other resources to create original and SEO-optimized blog content 5x/week and distributing via all of our social channels

Coordinate with our website team to publish new blog posts on our website and make website updates to boost leads

Use available resources to create newsletters and graphics on a monthly basis to update our existing customers

Collect Google reviews from candidates we’ve placed and inform them about our referral program

Publish quarterly analytics reports for our customers and social media channels about the tech hiring landscape

Create lead magnets and other forms of gated content to generate inbound leads

Constantly research and strategize new ways to increase visibility and generate inbound leads for the firm

Desired experience:
5+ years of content marketing and professional writing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English
Deep understanding of why certain pieces of content are more effective than others
Strong social media management skills
Highly organized and analytical
Strategic thinker
