About the role:
As a Content Moderator/Assistant, you will review user-generated content, respond to inquiries, and support the moderation team in enforcing community guidelines. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support to ensure the efficient operation of the team.

Your responsibilities:
• Review videos and comments from users
• Post content on multiple social media pages
• Upload videos on different channels/platforms
• Address and resolve support tickets pertaining to the platform
• Assistant and support tasks such as but not limited to:
• Site QA testing and maintenance update
• Research relevant to supported platforms
• Data collection
• Video transcription
• Maintain and update documents and trackers

Your qualifications:
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective multitasking abilities and adept time management
• Experience with online communities
• Active listening and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English communication (writing, speaking, and listening)
• Understanding and familiarity with multiple social media, news, blog, and video-sharing platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:
• Previous relevant experience is an advantage or equivalent practical experience
• Must have own computer with minimum specs to perform the job function, preferably i7 or higher
• Must have own stable internet connection (minimum 25 MBPS upload and download speed), with backup internet connection
• Graduate of any 4-year degree
• Applicants MUST have prior night shift experience
• Must be willing to work on a temporary shifting schedule. Can commit to work 5 days any day of the week.

Employment Type: Full-time
Work hours: 8 hours per day. The actual schedule is to be determined by the management.
Work Schedule: Five (5) work days, two (2) rest days. Actual work days are to be determined by the management.
Work Set-up: Remote
Start Date: Immediately (ASAP)

Salary is negotiable.
