CONTENT MODERATOR SPECIALIST, Scale Your Real Estate LLC
THE VISION OF YOUR ROLE:
To simplify and boost the online presence of Scale Your Real Estate LLC by implementing effective content moderation strategies. Through diligent social media posting and proactive engagement with the audience, your role aims to create and grow a strong and active community around the brand. This community-building effort will not only enhance brand visibility but also encourage trust and loyalty among current and potential clients.
YOUR 20?FORT TO GET 80% RESULTS:
Social media posting and replying to comments and messages to create audience engagement.
PAY SCALE & BONUS STRUCTURE:
– Time: 20 hours a week / Part Time / 7-11 pm EST (to help with Challenge content moderation)
– Trial Salary: 20,000 PHP for 60 days
– Permanent Salary: 25,000 PHP (after 60 day trial period ends)
– Pay Cadence: 2x a Month / Paid on the 1st and 15th / 24 Pay Periods
– PTO: 1 day of PTO for every full calendar month you work (PTO applicable only to full time employees)
ACCOUNTABILITY:
– Weekly all-hands team meetings with the COO
– Must produce content regularly and engage with the community.
– Complete all ad-hoc tasks as assigned on time
– Causes for termination:
– Not meeting your 30 and 60 day outcomes
– 3 continuous months of Red KPIs
– Repeatedly not showing up for meetings or work without notice
– Repeatedly missing deadlines, tracking sheet updates, or ad-hoc tasks
SUPPORT & TRAINING:
– Weekly individual check-in meetings with your manager
– Upon request and review, we can pay for trainings and books
– Introduce you to recourses who can help you solve current issues?
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Book Sam on other’s Podcasts
– Book guests for Sam on CoLiving Mastery Q&As
– Book guests for Sam’s Podcast
– New Member graphic creation and posting
– Ad-Hoc graphics design
– Posting content on IG, Tik Tok and Facebook
– Respond to replies, messages, and ads on IG, Tik Tok and Facebook
– Updating social media profiles bio as needed
– Help moderate live calls as needed
– Other duties as assigned
EXPECTATIONS:
– Be proactive in scheduling podcast appearances for Sam by reaching out to potential hosts and coordinating logistics.
– Efficiently manage guest bookings as well as coordinate with guests and schedule recordings for Sam’s appearances on CoLiving Mastery Q&As and Sam’s podcast, ensuring all details are organized and communicated effectively.
– Create engaging graphics for new members and post them on relevant platforms.
– Regularly post content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
– Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and advertisements on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, fostering a positive and interactive community.
– Provide ad-hoc graphic design support as needed.
– Help moderate live calls as needed.
KPI #1 (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS):
Posting daily content on all major social platforms
– Green: Post 7 days a week
– Yellow: Post 5-6 times a week
– Red: Less than 5 times per week
GPS #1 (GOAL, PRIORITY, STRATEGIES):
– Big Goal: Consistently post engaging content on all major social platforms to maintain audience engagement and growth.
– Priority: Ensure daily posting on all major social platforms.
– Strategy: Develop a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance.
– Strategy: Coordinate a variety of content types (videos, images, text) to keep the audience interested.
KPI #2 (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS):
Book Guests on Sam’s Podcast and Sam on other’s Podcasts
– Green: 2 of each per month or more
– Yellow: 1 of each per month
– Red: less than 1 of each per month
GPS #2 (GOAL, PRIORITY, STRATEGIES):
– Big Goal: Increase exposure and audience reach through the podcast medium.
– Priority: Actively book 2 guest appearances for Sam’s podcast per month.
– Strategy: Maintain a database of potential podcast hosts and guests, including contact information and areas of expertise.
– Strategy: Regularly reach out to hosts and guests with personalized pitches, new and old.
KPI #3 (KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS):
Replying to all inbound messages and public comments on social media
– Green: reply within 24 hours
– Yellow: reply within 48 hours
– Red: reply later than 48 hours
GPS #3 (GOAL, PRIORITY, STRATEGIES):
– Big Goal: Enhance audience engagement and satisfaction by promptly responding to all messages and comments on social media.
– Priority: Respond to all inbound messages and public comments within 24 hours.
– Strategy: Set up notifications for incoming messages and comments to ensure timely responses.
– Strategy: Develop standardized responses for common inquiries to streamline the process.
