Job Description
Content Producers at C-Tribe craft simple, straightforward and human experiences that empower underserved communities. Approaching content through the lens of language and stories, we leverage our expertise in user experience design, design thinking and product strategy. You’ll be expected to design and deliver content for C-Tribe that enhances our user flows, inbound marketing content, new product & service launches, and GTM efforts.
The position is responsible for creating high-quality video, written, and social content that will be distributed across all platforms. The role will be a key contributor to the Marketing department and the content strategy development across all platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
Produce and edit multiple content offerings, including pre-, during–, and post-event video packages, commercial production campaigns, and special long-form video projects.
Write scripts, and edit various video shoots.
Work with the marketing team and management to create engaging content using a user-first approach.
Edit videos for events, social media platforms, and long-form programming.
Ensure content is consistent in terms of quality, style, brand expression, and tone across platforms to optimize user experience and contribute to the overall brand identity of C-Tribe
Work with the Content Designer to oversee execution, shoot details and edit schedules.
Work closely with management to shoot and edit long-form open videos and story-driven content.
Conceptualize and execute graphics for social media platforms, e-mail, and the web.
Must possess the ability to create graphics in Figma, Photoshop or Illustrator
Manage all video archives and filmed content for the organization to control all material.
Shoot content and assist with promotional content.
Responsible for developing videos for internal presentations and other C-Tribe events.
Produce and edit features, daily feeds, and content for social media and organization content.
Assume other duties determined by Management
Requirements
3+ years of experience in production
Must have expert knowledge with the following editing software: Adobe Creative suite – Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro; FIgma
Proficient in broadcast shooting and editing – the ability to shoot and edit is a must.
Must have basic knowledge of camera and field production equipment. Must possess a high level of creative and artistic skills for video and audio editing.
Must be able to write clear and concise scripts for long and short-form content.
Must possess the ability to create graphics in Photoshop or Illustrator
Proven track record of meeting deadlines for production
Strong understanding of content distribution across multiple platforms
Possessing a good working knowledge of the events industry
Must possess a professional demeanour and ability to build a trusting relationship when filming with C-Tribe stakeholders
Strong ability to collaborate and work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment.
Self-starter with strong organizational and collaboration skills
Must be able and willing to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings
More Details about the Role
The Content Producer is asked to commit the following:
40+ hours a week during the off weeks of the festival.
Be available to work for 100% of festival days from August 19 – 24
Provide a stand-up update 5x a week (Monday to Friday)
Attend one in-person meeting every week and five virtual meetings every week with department leads
