Content Producer

The Content Producer will be responsible for the creation of videos for the brand. They are responsible for planning, shooting, editing and publishing video content for use on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and any other applicable social media platforms where the brand is currently present. They will occasionally work with third-party service providers when needed.
 
We are looking for someone who loves creating content for social media, specifically videos and reels. The content producer must be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.

They must be be able to work independently and be able to meet deadlines and short turnaround times. 
 
The Content Producer will help the brand grow through the help of high performing content using analytics/data. 
 
Responsibilities:
* Increase traffic and user reach on the brand’s social media platforms through video content
* Pitch content ideas and participate in the brand’s brainstorming activites
* Lead the video production from end to end, such as but not limited to the following: ?
* Conceptualization of videos (Setting, Message, Medium)
* Script writing
* Planning the timeline
* Sourcing manpower if needed
* Shoot scheduling and overseeing
* Video editing and other relevant post production activities
* Filing and storage
* Implement best practices for content production regularly
* Master the brand’s editorial voice and tone to ensure consistency across all social media platforms
* Handle the administrative tasks relevant to video projects such as but not limited to:
* Contract Signing of talents
* Disbursement of payments
* Data submissions

Qualifications:
* 1-5 years of experience shooting, creating and managing the production of digital videos
* Background in fitness and lifestyle content or similar  
* Ability to understand and articulate messaging well
* Up to date with current trends on video creation for social media
* Ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms
* Thorough knowledge of video production and video editing tools
