Content Project Manager and Director

In this role, you will mandate, lead, and inspire a team of 10 proficient creators, ensuring the delivery of 300 pieces of high-caliber content monthly across our YouTube channel and various social networks including LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.

Your Objective:
Cultivate an environment of excellence, innovation, and efficiency, ensuring that each piece of content, whether visual or written, not only meets but exceeds the established standards of quality and creativity.

Your Role Encompasses:
Directing all facets of video production, written content creation, editing, and optimization
Managing the expansive and dynamic YouTube channel
Spearheading the recruitment for the Grizzly Elite Content Team
Training and onboarding of new talent ensuring they are aligned with the company’s quality and creative standards
Leading interviews to identify and onboard A-players

Possess impeccable written English skills and have an eagle’s eye for enhancing content quality
Adept at identifying first-rate content and are skilled in quality control and recruitment
Inspirational, capable of motivating team members to scale the heights of their potential
Consistent, disciplined, and loyal, with a track record of ensuring tasks meet their deadlines without compromising on quality
Instinctively creative and autonomous, characterized by an ability to conceive optimal solutions without explicit instruction
