Key Responsibilities:

As a Content Scripting Copywriter at Rex Visual Services, you’ll play a crucial role in collaborating with our realtor clients to create engaging and compelling short-form content scripts for their social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Collaborating with realtor clients to understand their branding, target audience, and content goals.
– Crafting captivating and concise scripts for various video content, including talking heads, interview-style, and walkthrough tours.
– Ensuring that scripts align with each realtor client’s unique voice and resonate with their audience.
– Adhering to project deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of scripts.
– Revising scripts based on client feedback and ensuring final approval for production.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, creative, and able to communicate well with our team. The ability to deliver by crucial deadlines is also essential. – Prior experience in copywriting and scriptwriting, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.

– Knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to structure content for maximum engagement on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
– Prior experience with AI software such as ChatGPT is also helpful but not needed
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
– Creative mindset with the ability to adapt writing style to suit different realtor clients and their target audiences.
