We are seeking a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Content & Social Media Manager. This role is integral to the growth and maintenance of our personal brand’s online presence. If you have a knack for content creation, research, and social media management, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
– Content Research: Dive deep into trending topics, industry news, and relevant content to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of discussions.
– Content Creation: Draft questions for interviews, prepare scripts for videos and podcasts, and develop other relevant content.
– Scheduling: Arrange meetings, interviews, and other engagements. Ensure that content is scheduled and posted at optimal times for maximum engagement.
– Social Media Management: Handle the posting of content across various social media platforms, ensuring that each post is optimized for its respective platform.
– Engagement: Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities, forwarding any direct inquiries or comments to the brand owner.
– (Optional) Editing & Post-Production: Edit videos, podcasts, and other content to ensure high quality and consistency across all platforms. Or delegate to great editor you work with by yourself.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
– Strong writing and editing skills.
– Proficiency in video editing software and tools.
– Ability to work independently and take initiative.
– Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Familiarity with the latest social media trends and best practices.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
