Content & Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Join one of the leading talent agencies in Australia as our newest rockstar Content & Social Media Coordinator to help out our stretched marketing team! This is a fantastic Full Time role reporting to our Australian based Head of Marketing.

What your role will look like day to day:
Research, write and edit compelling content including articles, advertising copy, newsletters, eBooks, presentations, social media posts, website content and marketing collateral
Conceptualising fun and engaging content for social media
Assisting with website design, eDM, blog and e-book designs.
Scheduling posts and managing the company’s 3 brands including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Linktree accounts – 15 channels and rising!
Creating and sending eDMs
Responding to messages and emails from time to time
Opportunity to send out press releases and look for PR opportunities if required

Who are we looking for?
You will have at least 3 years experience in social media marketing
You’re knowledgeable in content marketing, social media management, and influencer marketing and use be practice and are across current trends
Content marketing experience with a strong understanding of SEO practices
eDM marketing experience
You thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficient English written and oral communication skills, including strong copywriting skills
Experience collaborating with a team of remote and culturally diverse people
You take pride in the work you do, down to the smallest detail and have an obsession with the overall customer experience
You have the ability to have fun and just be yourself, be respectful of everyone’s views and opinions
