Content Sourcer for Video Ads

I’m looking to hire someone who can source content for video ads from youtube, instagram, tiktok, interest, etc.

I’ll send you hooks and instructions. And your job will be to find existing content on the internet that will fit this particular video ad hook.

For example, the hook (first sentence in the video ad) is: “This weird kitchen remedy can help erase wrinkles off your face”.

And you’ll need to find content that shows a weird home kitchen remedy/concoction. Plus a woman rubbing it on her face. And it may be a split-screen. So 2 scenes on the screen.

And so on.

For each hook, your task will be to find the absolute best content available on the internet. And give like 20-30 clip ideas we can use for a scroll-stopper.

You’ll have like 1 task a day. Maybe even every other day.

So it may take you 1-2 hours. Or even 4-5 hours. Depending on how fast you are. How hard it is to find content for the particular hook we need. Etc.

So it will start as a part time job. But it can quickly grow into a full time job because I have another person who will hire you.

And you” be searching scroll-stoppers for ads in a variety of different niches.

You don’t need to have any experience. But having experience in any of these fields will be an advantage:

– Video editing
– Affiliate marketing
– Dropshipping/ecom
– Social media ads
– UGC content
– Direct response copywriting
– etc.

*You get bonus points if you’ve used any spytools before to research competitors and their ads like – adspy, FB ads library, vidtao, etc.

I’m looking for someone who follows instructions well. Also who can also work on their own if needed without exact instructions.

You’ll need to know what makes a winning scroll-stopper – the first 3-5 sec video scene that should be extremely eye-catching, highly engaging and provoking curiosity for the viewer to watch the rest of the ad. Yet it should be relevant to the hook and product we promote. Can’t just put some random clip just to clickbait the viewer.

Down the line, after you’ve proven yourself to find great scroll-stoppers. You’ll also work with the video editor. Explain to them how to edit the scroll-stopper. What’s your exact vision. And you’ll need to make sure the final video ad will look good.

Your role will be Visual Creative Director.

And you’ll be receiving bonuses if a scroll-stopper you’ve found is a winning one when we test it on the video ads.

This is a serious long-term position that can make you up to $5-7k/month if you consistently find winning scroll-stoppers and are a great communicator and teammate with the video production team.
