We’re seeking a creative and dynamic Content Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in the art of storytelling and have a knack for analysing customer persona as a basis for engaging target audiences with impactful writing.

Your day to day:
Develop SEO-focused content strategy to boost brand visibility and position clients as thought leaders in their respective industries
Come up and refine content topics that resonate with the target audience
Write compelling and high-quality long-form content for blogs and landing pages
Edit and polish content to ensure clarity, engagement, and accuracy following SEO best practices
Inject focus and relevant keywords on landing pages to improve ad campaign quality score
Analyse content performance to identify actionable insights
Learn and grow every day by taking the initiative to read industry trends and best practices for personal and professional development

Your experience:
Minimum of 2 years in content and/or copywriting, with a strong focus on creative storytelling
Basic understanding of SEO and its application in content and conversion strategy
Experience in content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, preferred, but not required
Familiarity with SEO tools, like SEranking and Rankmath, preferred but not required

Tools you’ll use:
MS Teams (as the main channel for team and client communication)
(for project, task, and process management platform)
ChatGPT (for script creation, writing, and brainstorming)
SEranking (for keyword and content research, SEO audits, and analysis)
Keeper (password manager)
Office 365 Suite
Outlook (email communication)
MS Teams: (weekly meetings)
Microsoft Word (content creation and ChatGPT script documentation)
Sharepoint (deliverable storage)

Notes:
You don’t have to adhere to a strict schedule, so you have flexibility, but we do require you be online between the hours of 2pm to 6pm Pacific Standard Time, for quick collaborations and updates.
The quantity of content you’ll be expected to write on a weekly basis can go anywhere between 4 to 9+ long-form pieces
Once you pass the interview, you will be tasked to accomplish 2 writing tests: a blog and a landing page, with a topic and ChatGPT prompt scripts provided.
