JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Managing 20+ brands on multiple channels, each month you’ll be responsible for the execution of 300+ posts on Facebook, Instagram, & Google My Business.
• Managing conversations, comments and outbound communications for each client.
• Work directly with our team members to ensure that your strategy aligns with all organic department strategies (SEO, Text & Email Campaigns, etc)
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Implement content calendars and scheduling, ensuring consistent and timely delivery.
• Stay abreast of social media trends and algorithm changes, adapting strategies accordingly.
• BONUS POINTS when you propose creative and trending ideas for our clients to recreate.
• Contribute innovative ideas for campaign improvements and stay ahead in the ever-evolving social media landscape.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
• 2 years+ experience managing and strategizing social media campaigns across various platforms + community management.
• A creative mind with a flair for crafting engaging content that sparks conversations and fosters community engagement.
• Analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results.
• Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, WordPress, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
• Attention to the details is key to success.

• Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Standard Time // 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM Philippine Time
• Salary Range: Php 45,000-60,000 monthly, Depending on experience
• Benefits: Up to five (5) days paid time off in year one. After one year of work, get up to 7 days paid time off in the calendar year. In addition, paid holidays include: New Years Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
