About the Role:
As a Content Specialist at BLT Living, you will be responsible for editing both short-form and long-form videos at the level of top content creators and personal brands in the online space. You will create and edit content for social media and potentially manage other content editors on the team. We are looking for individuals who are passionately obsessed with personal growth, thrive outside their comfort zones, and seek excellence in everything they do.

Responsibilities:
Develop and edit engaging content for our programs, blog, social media, and marketing materials
Edit and master all responsibilities on the YouTube/long-form video side of our podcast and YouTube channel
Work closely with team to ensure content aligns with our brand and vision
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and continually refine your content creation skills, including leveraging AI to be more efficient
Study our content to deeply understand our ideal client, the type of content we create, and the stories and images that resonate with our audience
Regularly analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize our content strategy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, marketing, media studies) or equivalent experience
Proven experience in content creation, editing, and marketing
Proficiency in video editing software and tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
Strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and editing skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) and their content requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
Strong organizational and time management
