Job Description

We are looking for a part-time content expert (strength in creative writing) to use their skills and flair to produce quality content to support our marketing, sales and member engagement teams. You will be writing and publishing content for a variety of web pages, sales collateral, marketing campaigns and emails to support our brand story. This role has a potential to become full time if you demonstrate the right potential.
 
You’ll be a creative, driven and forward-thinking storyteller, comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. With previous experience as either a content manager, copywriter or marketing content creator.
 
Experience with Canva, graphics software and video softwares desirable as infographics creation will be great.

The role:
* Design and produce (or manage the production of) creative content to support marketing needs, encourage high engagement levels, grow awareness of the client brand, products, services and destinations, and improve financial returns
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and strategists to ensure content and campaigns meet requirements and exceed expectations
* Provide subject matter expertise in relevant area (including design, social and digital media, video, photography) and support in-house content requirements of the business, ensuring content is engaging and meets brand and communication guidelines
* Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to maximise the effect of marketing (able to form strategic ideas from own research)
* Contribute to the development and management of the budget to ensure costs are managed effectively and expenditure is within authorised limits
* Work under and assist strategist and project manager for ad hoc marketing tasks

We’re looking for someone with initiative, who is creative, highly organised, and passionate about digital and social media trends and technologies.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in related work
* University degree in relevant discipline
* Experience in creating and producing high quality, engaging content (Writing + Media) either client side or within agency/production company
* Breadth of content experience – from smart strategic thinking, confidence in helping to steer the creative process, and highly skilled in project management
* Confidence in all media channels – email, social, digital marketing
* Passionate about customers with the ability to understand and utilise insights
* Visionary who can see how content is evolving, the ability to apply and match customer insight along with trends and new technologies
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong results focus with a track record of achieving superior results
* Can demonstrate a strong understanding of marketing strategy, capability, trends, risks, challenges and opportunities
* Proven ability to manage and work with external agency partners, branded partners, talent and suppliers. You’ll have tact, flair, a natural ability to influence and be a multi-tasking problem solver.
