Brand 1) Virtuous Businesswoman inspires and empowers women by integrating the wisdom of Proverbs 31 with modern entrepreneurial, real estate investing, and life skills. Brand 2) VBW Ventures, our sister brand, focuses on hotel investments creating generational wealth and curated family and group retreats providing meaningful travel experiences.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to manage and produce a variety of content for our two distinct brands. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and effective project management skills.

Responsibilities:

– Develop engaging content for both brands, including blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns.
– Produce 3 short-form (600 words) or 1 long-form (1600-2000 words) weekly blogs for each website, optimized for SEO.
– Craft compelling monthly newsletters and design visually appealing layouts that resonate with our diverse audiences.
– Execute weekly for Virtuous Businesswoman and bi-weekly for VBW Ventures, email campaigns with high conversion focus.
– Optimize content for search engines using WordPress and ensuring all content aligns with uplifting values and teachings.
– Light website maintenance as assigned.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a portfolio of published articles.
– Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to produce creative content informed by Christian principles, particularly Proverbs 31.
– Strong SEO knowledge and experience with WordPress and content management systems.
– Proficiency in email marketing strategies with a proven track record of high conversion rates.
– Excellent visual communication skills for creating engaging newsletters.
– Ability to research, organize, and produce content on diverse topics related to business, lifestyle, travel, and real estate investment.
– Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.

– Google Drive for collaboration
– Yoast Premium for SEO optimization
– Capcut if video editing is necessary (infrequent)
