A Protech company dedicated to making real estate investing simple and accessible for everyone is seeking a driven and experienced Content Writer to deliver high-quality, insightful reports and articles to their audience. This is for a “direct to client” opportunity.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Writer/Journalist with a strong background in economics, finance, or the real estate sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing articles and reports that provide deep insights into real estate market trends, economic indicators, and the impact of global events on property markets.
The ideal candidate will successfully create and update articles that establish the Company as a trusted source of real estate news, advice, and market analysis.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong writing skills, have a knack for storytelling, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is a critical part of our culture and a key to our success, so a collaborative and adaptable attitude is a must.

Responsibilities:
– Report on real estate market trends and economic cycles and use storytelling to make the articles simple to read and understand
– Conduct interviews with industry experts, economists, and other industry leaders
– Collaborate with our analytics team to interpret data and create compelling narratives
– Write clear, informative, and engaging articles tailored to our audience’s interests
– Stay up-to-date with the latest economic data and real estate developments

Requirements:
– Superior writing and speaking abilities in Native English levels.
– Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Technology, Economics, Finance, or a related field
– At least 4 years of journalism or content writing experience focusing on economics, real estate or finance
– Excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to explain complex topics in an accessible manner
– Comfortable using data to tell a story
– Strong understanding of economic indicators and how they impact the real estate market
– Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
– BONUS: Proficient in data visualization tools and design software

Pay Range: $1,000 – $1700/month (Negotiable based on experience)

Work Hours: Monday to Friday with 4 hours flexible and 4 hours in the morning (U.S. CST)
