JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a creative and talented Content Writer who isn’t afraid to challenge ideas and provide constructive feedback, to join our growing team. Your main responsibility will be to turn our popular podcasts (which currently get between 3,000-5,000 downloads per episode) into engaging content. This will include transforming podcast episodes into blog posts, tweet storms (threads), newsletters, and LinkedIn updates. Our goal is to help grow our newly started subscriber list, and your work will play a vital role in achieving this.

Key Responsibilities:
– Listen to our podcast episodes and identify key themes and ideas.
– Write clear and engaging content that can be shared across various platforms.
– Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure alignment with our brand’s voice and style.
– Provide constructive feedback and voice concerns when something doesn’t seem right, always aiming for excellence.
– Monitor and report on content performance and make adjustments as needed.

Skills Requirement:

Strong Writing Skills: The ability to write clearly and compellingly, with excellent grammar and attention to detail.

Understanding of Social Media Platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, and how to write engaging content tailored to each platform.

Critical Thinking and Assertiveness: Confidence to voice concerns and provide constructive feedback, always with the goal of improving the final product.

WAGE/SALARY PER MONTH:
The salary for this position is negotiable and will fall within the range of $400 to $1,000 per month. We are committed to offering a competitive salary that reflects the candidate’s skills, experience, and the value they can bring to our team.
