Content Writer

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Manager to take charge of our content strategy and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of our tone of voice and be able to produce engaging and authentic content that avoids sounding generic or overly salesy. In addition, you should have understanding with Prop Firm or Trading Industry. You will be responsible for creating, editing, and promoting content across various platforms to enhance our brand and engage our audience.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management:
– Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for our website, blog, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
– Ensure all content aligns with our brand’s tone of voice and messaging guidelines.
– Conduct thorough research to produce accurate and insightful articles, posts, and other written materials.
– Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content.

Social Media Management:
– Oversee and manage our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
– Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns that align with our brand voice.
– Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to increase engagement and followers.
– Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.

Content Strategy and Planning:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that supports our marketing and business goals.
– Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and promotion.
– Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Coordination:
– Work closely with the marketing team to align content initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
– Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and insights for content development.
– Manage relationships with freelance writers, designers, and other external contributors as needed.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Content Writer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
– Ability to stay true to a brand’s tone of voice and create authentic, engaging content.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
– Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Notion).
– Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
– Knowledge with Trading Industry, and ideally the Prop Firm Industry
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary:
Up to $1,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
