Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation specifically tailored to the staffing and recruiting industry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for writing.

Key Responsibilities:
– Work remotely with a set schedule of 8am-2pm ET, US (PH time of 8pm to 2am)
– Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for our website, blog, newsletters, social media, and other marketing materials.
– Develop compelling and informative articles, whitepapers, and other written materials to support our branding and marketing efforts.
– Collaborate with the E-Commerce Team and other departments on monthly calls to ensure content aligns with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
– Stay updated on industry trends and integrate relevant insights into content.
– Manage multiple upcoming written projects with adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably within the staffing and recruiting industry.
– Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published work.
– Ability to create engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience.
– Strong research skills to ensure accuracy and depth in content creation.
– Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other writing tools.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred:
– The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation specifically tailored to the staffing and recruiting industry, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for writing.
– Familiarity with SEO best practices.
– Experience in creating content for digital marketing campaigns.
– Ability to adapt writing style to different tones and audiences.
