Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Content Writer to join our fast-paced team and contribute to the production of a large volume of high-quality content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with leveraging AI writing tools, collaborating with editors, and working within content management systems to ensure the efficient creation and publishing of articles at scale.

Responsibilities:
Content Ideation and Briefing: Generate creative and relevant content ideas based on provided guidelines and target audience. Develop content briefs including keywords, tone, and structure for AI-generated content.
AI-Generated Content Production: Utilize AI writing tools to create well-structured, informative, and engaging articles based on provided content templates and guidelines. Ensure that AI-generated content meets quality standards and aligns with the brand’s voice and style.
Collaboration with Content / Marketing Manager: Collaborate with the Content Manager to submit completed AI-generated content for review and editing. Respond promptly to feedback and incorporate required changes into the content.
Workflow Management: Use project management tools like ClickUp or to track the progress of content from AI generation to publication. Maintain clear records of content status, assignments, and deadlines.
Content Publishing: Facilitate the seamless integration of finalized content into the Webflow CMS. Ensure that published articles are correctly formatted, tagged, and organized for optimal user experience.
Internal Linking Integration: Collaborate with the technical team to implement an internal linking plugin that automates the insertion of relevant internal links within published articles.
Quality Control: Review published content to ensure proper integration of internal links and overall readability. Address any technical issues related to content display and functionality.
Scaling Production: Work efficiently to meet high-volume content production targets while maintaining content quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong understanding of content creation, grammar, syntax, and style.
Familiarity with AI writing tools and content management systems.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices for optimizing written content.
Experience with project management tools like ClickUp or .
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Technical proficiency to assist with internal linking plugin integration is a plus.
