We are searching for a dedicated Content Writer to join our creative team. You will be pivotal in generating engaging, original, and quality content for our audience. As a skilled storyteller, you understand how to communicate complex subjects creatively and effectively. This role demands a high level of productivity, versatility, and precision, with a capacity to produce 2,000 to 4,000 words daily.
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediately
Working Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, PHT (Philippine Time)
Responsibilities:
– Develop and deliver high-quality, engaging, and reader-friendly content in various forms, such as articles, blog posts, whitepapers, guides, and other formats as required.
– Produce content that is entirely original and not generated or augmented by artificial intelligence writing tools. Creativity and authenticity in writing are paramount, and all work will be screened for originality and compliance with this standard.
– Tailor writing style in accordance with different target audiences and content formats.
– Perform in-depth research on assigned topics from a range of sources to gather accurate information and data.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into the content as applicable.
– Self-edit content for spelling, grammatical, or punctuation errors, as well as style and tone.
– Review and revise content based on feedback or instructions from the editorial team or content managers.
– Understand and execute basic SEO principles within the content to improve online visibility and reach.
– Incorporate keywords effectively without compromising the integrity and readability of the content.
– Work closely with the content team to brainstorm, plan, and develop content strategies.
– Communicate effectively with team members to meet content schedules, deadlines, and guidelines.
– Consistently meet high productivity standards, producing 2,000 to 4,000 words of content daily without sacrificing quality.
– Efficiently manage workload and deadlines within the designated working hours (9 AM to 5 PM PHT).
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role (portfolio or past work samples will be requested).
– Strict adherence to producing manual and authentic content. Usage of AI writing assistance, automated content generation tools, or any form of artificial intelligence in creating content is strictly prohibited and could result in immediate termination of the contract.
– Exceptional command of the English language with a flair for different writing styles and text compositions.
– Strong understanding of SEO and how it applies to content marketing.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and relevant content management tools.
– Ability to handle criticism and use feedback for improvement.
